What readily available agents have we found to be good for reducing the redness, irritation and itching of typical lupus outbreaks? Also, I notice lots of small white or ‘dead-skin’ colored spots, which seem to be of nature of un-filled blisters (if that adequately describes them). These tend to be firmly attached but do flake sometimes. Is all that typical of lupus also?
