Question:
I’ve been reading this board for a couple weeks now, and have found a lot of useful information (thanks!). I’ve had Lupus for about 6 years… I was just wondering, has anyone else found yoga helpful in controlling their stress & limiting flares? I started this (and other forms of stress reduction techniques) over a year ago & for the most part have found it very helpful (I still take maintenance meds, of course). I’m not in remission, but was able to go almost a year without prednisone or a flare…. I’m just wondering if others have had similar experiences? (My flares tend to be triggered by stress… so for me it seemed logical to try to reduce it.) I’d appreciate hearing any further input on this information, or any questions. Thanks! Leslie
