Dear Lupus, I don`t think it makes any difference whether you take a benzo with an AD or a few hours after. It is more important to take the benzo`s at a time that is right for you regardless of when you took your AD. Take care

As a rule it makes no difference to the combination when you take them. If you take a benzo *as needed*, you should take it when you need it and only then, whenever that is. If you’re on a regular dose you’d better fix a time in such a way that you won’t experience interdose anxiety, but that has nothing to do with the time you take your AD. Philip
