Dear Ms AGuierrez,     As far as I know, lupus may be inherited to the baby. However, the rate of infection to the child is not know. I’ve heard many many cases that the lupus carrying mother born a healthy baby. So please do not be frightened and nervous. A peace and happy living should aid in borning a healthy baby.
