Dear Sandra, I’m sorry, but I didn’t get your post, for the same reason that I don’t get the majority of initial postings. It appears that I receive all or most of the responses. Usually I can get a good feel for the initial post, or someone leaves it on the response. But sometimes not–and it’s very frustrating! Does anyone have an idea about how to make sure to receive the initial post in a string? And Sandra, if you could send it to me, I plan to "whip it out" at the first opportunity! Thank you!, Barbara

Barbara – I would recommend contacting your mediaone technical support. Sometimes it’s a matter of their news servers being a bit old and tired and sometimes it’s just that they don’t have enough newsfeeds. Newsguy is very good about pretty much covering most posts – but even it misses some now and then. Usenet is a pretty complicated array of computers spewing out posts here and there and yonder. Another thing to do is check Deja News for original posts when you only see responses. www.deja.com search "discussions" and do a "Power Search" using alt.support.lupus in the "Forum" field. take care, kcat *********************************** KCat – I am not a medical professional.
