see – I know ghg could do this. Their excuse is that the filters they’re installing to filter all this crap are what is slowing the system down.. give me a break. I’m sure that does impact them – but not nearly so much as the repeated copies of klez. >Well that sure as heck don’t help you any. >But at least you got the anger out. Amen for that.
that and the dent in the wall that I hope hubby doesn’t spot… shhhhh… if I can spackle and pain tomorrow he’ll never know I threw a hairbrush at a lamp – and missed.
remarkably – it took mere seconds to download my 13 emails tonight. of course, many of them were from one person and not laden with klez.

I think newsguy offers more than one name per account – ask Bob. > b) it still wouldn’t change the number of emails I get from folks who > have known me as kcat for many years. I don’t think I could retrain > all of them.
Don’t most people just hit "return"? > >If you need help setting it up, please email me your phone number > >and I’ll call and walk you through it. > thanks – already have the newsguy acct. up and running elsewhere. but > I appreciate the offer. > I suppose for "emergency" porpoises I can let folks in snail mail know > about it if the problem occurs again. > it seems to be better tonight – but that’s probably just because it’s > slightly past peak hours here. Yeah, that would make a difference.

Well, I see that numerous of us have a talent for tossing things! If your hubby is anything like mine even if he notices the dent he won’t mention it! LOL Hope that you get to feeling better and things are frustrating you as much. Hugs, Sherry

why not Mike? <G> will do. I think I was sort of "grandfathered in" a few years ago so I haven’t pushed my luck with changes. >> b) it still wouldn’t change the number of emails I get from folks who >> have known me as kcat for many years. only if they’re replying. Believe it or not, some people write to me *before* I write to them. I know, they’re sick, but ya gotta love ‘em. k

True. Also I got 26 spams today, including umpteen copies of the same junk addressed to my sales department, my marketing dept, my you-name-it department. Oddly, none of my departments want it. So sorry, KC! It seems like many are flaring recently. Hang in there, and it will pass, for a while. ;) Don’t let the depression bug gettya! I think it’s the worst part of the flare. Sending lots of love and soft hugs, -Sharon — Clear your mind, relax and float downstream.

’s okay. I was only half-kidding. It takes up to 30 mins for me to download my mail. I’ve been sitting in this *##*& chair for over 3 hours because I had to babysit the download else it’d just get stuck. And this time I actually had several emails that were important. sigh… ISP says they’re working on it… believe it when I see it.

I don’t think I could retrain all of them. >If you need help setting it up, please email me your phone number >and I’ll call and walk you through it.
thanks – already have the newsguy acct. up and running elsewhere. but I appreciate the offer. I suppose for "emergency" porpoises I can let folks in snail mail know about it if the problem occurs again. it seems to be better tonight – but that’s probably just because it’s slightly past peak hours here.
