I think everyone is taking a breather! The needle pulled what little fat I have left out of my arm, back through the Injection site. The nurse was realy impressed She looked it up and she had given the vaccine in the needle that you draw the vaccine through. "rothnie" <31019558…@rogers.com> wrote in message

why are you sorry? You didn’t post them. the following is just a primer in understanding a forged header. >From: Anonymous <remai…@remailer.xganon.com>
you’ll see that in his various posts this name changes a lot. >Comments: This message did not originate from the Sender address above. > It was remailed automatically by anonymizing remailer software. > Please report problems or inappropriate use to the > remailer administrator at <ab…@remailer.xganon.com>.
this is a valid statement sent by the remailer over which the forger has little (if any) control. but it’s a big flag to readers that means "this person is not who they say they are" It is of almost useless to report "inappropriate use". >Newsgroups: alt.support.lupus,soc.singles,soc.support.fat-acceptance
he changes his attack now and then – sometimes he goes after cancer groups or the like. Just depends on what bug is up his arse at the moment. >Subject: Janers gives Great Head
obviously designed to drag us into his little wanking game by using names of people we know and love. >X-No-Archive: yes
setting used to prevent his posts from being archived in Google and some other archivers. Silly given that he wants all this attention – why bother with no archival? >Mail-To-News-Contact: postmas…@nym.alias.net >Organization: mail2n…@nym.alias.net
nym is a common remailer used by trolls. Some newservers will not accept nym posts. I strongly suggest you delete suspect posts without reading them and if possible, use a filter to remove the offending author(s). Take care and hope this helps you and others understand what these twits are doing. he gets bored after a while.

Hi Wende! I’m out here mostly lurking too. Thinking about you and all the group. Know that you are thought about even if posts are few. I don’t post much when I feel b**chy – somehow my posts sound aggressive then, even tho’ I don’t mean them to. Give yourself a hug from me. I’ve never noticed that. Perhaps you’re hypersensitive to how you sound? which is also a sign of feeling b*tchy. When you know you feel b*tchy than you’re just absolutely certain you’re acting that way too. <g> (even if you’re wrong) >Jackie, switching and juggling meds in California
what fun!

I never noticed you sounding B**chy. I don’t think so! I want to go to Cal. and watch Jackie juggle and switch. Kind of sounds like an interesting event. I can’t juggle, but I can switch and twitch. My neighbor has a sewing group, her hubby calls it the stitch and b**ch club. I can’t sew either. Guess if I learned, I could join. The (girls) my dogs and I are having a quiet day. They are sleeping and I am watching them with envy. Do the rest of you have trouble sleeping? I am up, down, up,down, sometimes, I wake up every hour on the hour! How can we do that? Rather why do we do that? Sleepless in Ok. Wende "KCat" <kcdoc…@ghg.net> wrote in message

I can relate to that….it’s like our brains are programmed some nights to the ‘minute hand’ being on the twelve..every time! I don’t know how or why either but I do know I hate it when it happens and usually interrupt it with a ‘pill’ which usually sends me into a deeper sleep with no clocks or alarms to alert me! Take a "pill" read my book until it kicks in then go back to bed. But I still get up early. I just can’t sleep late. Too many years of having to be up and at work by 7 a.m. Plus my hip kills me if I lounge around too much. Wende "Shelagh" <valleylu…@telus.net> wrote in message
