Hello All, I blew it completely on Saturday…I was out in the sun all day without any sunblock on. UVA/UVB rays triggers flares and boy has it ever! I’m in another lupus flare and I feel like total crud. This one is real bad. I’m broken out from head to toe, having pericarditis attacks (lung-heart inflammation -very p*inful), fatigued like crazy and achey all over. I won’t be able to post or respond to email as much as I would like to over the next days. Hopefully, this one will pass quickly and won’t go into "weeks mode". Doesn’t feel like it, but I hope so. Man-o-man do I feel like total sh*t! One more lesson in the "This is What Happens When You Don’t Take Care of Yourself, Sierra" book. : o( I really have to work on not forgetting to apply sunblock…sigh. Sierra of TN
