As many of you know, June is Lupus Awareness Month. Many thanks go to Aunt Judy of SD World, who designed a lovely Lupus Awareness Month logo which was distributed to all members of the Scleroderma Webmaster’s Association in late September, via SWAlist which is our information sharing list for scleroderma webmaster’s…the place where we all contribute and distribute information for use by scleroderma webmaster’s worldwide. There are many terrific resources for lupus information on the Internet, so I’m loathe to list just a few. However, one page with many lupus links is Mick’s World of Lupus Links at: http://www.enetis.net/~rbreske/lupus.htm And yes, that pretty butterfly logo there was the one made by our very own Aunt Judy. The butterfly on it is from a digital photo which I took of a metal butterfly hanging outside of a craft store in South Minneapolis. This is just one of a long series of awareness month logos produced by Judy for the SWA this year in order to raise awareness not only for scleroderma but also for related illnesses. That is quite true, Lynn…but…I sure can’t repeat them here!!! My programs (especially my graphic programs and Word) are quite used to my "talking" to them…I do it frequently and with a lot of oomph. who else here talks to their computer, huh?
