Question:
Me too. Jake(as long as the "me too" posts are going around ) — Drink as much eggnog as you can. It’s not as if you’re going to turn into an eggnogaholic or something. It’s a treat. Enjoy it. –Craig Wilson – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – writes: Summer of ‘99 here. Actually, I started reading the NG in 3/2000. Low carb 5/99… — – Mike

Congratulations Brenna! What an inspirational message? You are one tough lady to muster the fortitude to accomplish what you have. Good for you and continued success in 2001. George – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – I am a January 2000 veteran. I will turn one yr old on January 6th 2001. When I started I was at 200 lbs. My goal was to get to 125. Right now I am at 129. I am hoping in the next two weeks I will hit it my goal of 125. But otherwise if I don’t I am still happy with the results. As for this newsgroup. Its been great as a support group and with invauable advice. Thank You everyone. My goal has always been 125 I have no idea what my next goal should be. I will probally have my dr give me a fat test so they can tell me my perfect weight. As for now I am working on getting alot of excercise and toning. Maybe that should be my next goal. When I started this diet I was a 28W in shirts and pants. Now I am a 10 in pants and a small in shirts. I have a million times more energy, and am lots happier and have no health issues. So its been a fabulous yr. Even after I reach my goal I will continue with low carb and its lifestyle. No more sugar and starches for me. For me its pure poison. So I definitely plan to still be here in the coming yrs.
