My Internet Explorer cache clears on reboot and I reboot 2 or 3 times a day. My netscape I clear it, it may also clear on reboot. Here’s how Andy’s mirror site reads: <P>One of the best is an article by Professor Bevra H. Here’s what I’ve realized when working on my own web page. 1) Sometimes I’ve saved the corrected file to a different folder. And then transferred up the old file and wondered why the change hadn’t happened. 2) sometime the FTP (file transfer) hasn’t happened correctly (and the old file is still there). Can you run a "find" on the file name on your system and see if there’s more than one copy. And if so, transfer up the one with the new date? 3) I always put http:// everywhere in the source. J

Response:

we’re missing a major part of this communication well – I am.   I have put so many links in and repeated information on different pages that I just automatically assumed you were referring the links section on Vasculitis.  Even though you did clearly say "under Symptoms" on your initial posts.  What I don’t understand is that I went to the "Symptoms" page and *looked* for the link there and didn’t even see it.   I really think I have to say at this point that I will try to respond to errors but for a while I just mentally need a break from this stuff.  The document is not static after all and there will be many opportunities for fixes.   honestly – I’m burned out severely, don’t want to be here, don’t want to deal with "things" – I’m sorry if this is an inconvenience to others but there it is.  I have to say it.  I care about you all so please do not take this as a condemnation of the group or anyone on the group.   as the cliche goes "it’s not you, it’s me." kcat ps. – will fix that link post haste.

Response:

I *did* change it. I have no idea why it wouldn’t work for ya’ll.  The http:// is there for both link and link text.   <shrug>

is it possible that your system read a cached version of the page vs. the actual version?
