Somehow this has attached to my Microsoft e-mail and I don’t want to be a part of it. How do I get out?

sorry.. don’t have know… this isn’t "email" so I don’t know how it could be attached to your email. It would have to fall under "usenet" or "newsgroups". Look for these topics in your help file (assuming MS email has a decent help file) and see if it explains how to unsubscribe from newsgroups. With most software it’s a simple click on a symbol or one of your drop down menus. Since you’re saying this is part of your "email" (and I don’t know how that could be since I don’t use MS products when possible) then you may have to do a little more digging than that. good luck. But while you’re here… maybe you could learn a little. Someone you know has lupus, even though you may not even know it. KCat
