Question:
Well I’ve been posting lately trying to deceide if I should have the heart biopsy or not—-last Saturday night had to be rushed to the e.r with severe chest pains and couldn’t breathe. They ended up keeping me for 4 days, keeping me on oxygen, morphine in the i.v every 2 hours, lots of new meds, treating me like a pin cushion, and had the heart biopsy. Don’t know much more now than I did before I went and don’t feel much better either. This is really starting to get to me now guys, it’s just to bad to long now. The biopsy did turn out better than they had expected so I’m thankfull for that. Rheumy says a lot of things are going on right now and has to find out what all the lupus is doing. I’m on pred. and imuran and all kinds of heart meds. Now rheumy is sending me to a neurologist. What do these guys do to you? PLEASE no more tests! Going to bed now__hope everyone has a good nights sleep. SUSAN
Response:
Oh Susan, so sorry for all you have to go through. Please know that we are here for you and that my prayers are sent each day. I know what you mean by NO MORE tests. I also know WHAT THE HELL IS NEXT cause I am not doing too swift either. But nothing compared to what you have to go through hon. hugs to you janers
Response:
Hi Susan, Man, you have been through, and are going through a lot. I hope they get things stabilized soon. Do you have someone at home with you? A neurologist will likely order tests, unless he can determine your problems by physical exam. I think he would do non-invasive tests anyway, in light of your condition. I don’t think you need to worry about them doing anything really terrible. I hope you will be able to post to let us know how you are progressing. Tests are the pits – *but*, if they find out why you’re suffering, it’s worth the hassle. Huge hugs from SoCal "susan matthews" <crazyka…@webtv.net> wrote in message

My sympathies for having to go through a heart biopsy. That can’t be fun. I hope everything goes well. Take care. Sandra
