Question:

I was talking today with a casual friend. She has always walked with a slight limp, I just figured she had broken a hip or pelvic bone at some point in her life. She’s a mother, 30ish, and a critical care RN. Well, she had broken hip and pelvis but that is not why she has the limp she has MS. She was shocked to find out I had Lupus and I was surprised to find out she had MS. It was so good talking to her. We talked about getting by with our problems and not knowing what the future holds for us. We both are very optimistic. None of us are alone! Bev

and not knowing what the future holds for us. We both are very optimistic. None of us are alone! Bev< How right you are!  We don’t even have to open up about the dx, but just the idea of managing life.  How much more relaxed the world would be if we didn’t forget the person next to us is probably human too! to our health kelly
