Is it Lupus?

Question:

In Aug. I started having major swelling and joint pain all over my body, I could hardly walk or get out of bed. At that time, blood work was done and I had a positive ANA of 1:160. Dr. ordered more tests 3 weeks later and then it was negative. Since, I came down with terrible diarrhea, had a colonoscopy and have been dx, hospitalized and am being treated for Ulcerative Colitis. I am also on 40mg. of prednisome. The thing is that I’m having a problem with my palms fingers swelling and turning red and my veins tend to pop out on my hands and my feet feel swollen. Raynud’s Syndrome maybe? Any way because of tha positive ANA and the symptoms I just descrived Dr. ordered more tests. I tested Positive again, this time it was 1:140. What do you all think?  Is it Lupus ?  Thanks,  Bianca
