Kristin, what good news you got from your doctor. It is a good idea for all of your docs to visit about your case with eachother. That way they are all on the "same page" I have some mighty bad GI problems,etc. My gallbladder shut itself off and I had to have it removed. No stones, just a small tan organ that had shut its little self down. Boy was I sick! The wings are a great idea for your daughter. I hope she gets to "solo" this weekend. Stones can be asymptomatic for years. Some people have them and die with them (in other words, never have problems and die from something else) and/or have problems but they don’t think to check the GB. So maybe can just quit but usually symptoms first chest or other pain -( right side), trouble with certain foods, usually greasy. Some people are more sensitive to higher fevers, neurologically, than others. Similar to some young children having febrile convulsions and others having no problems with fevers…. one of the differences between my son(who did convulse) and my daughter (who breezed through fevers), in fact.
