I went on the Lupus Foundation Website and they said three things from their list of Criteria and a positive ANA qualifies you so I guess I have Lupus in my MCTD. I am sun sensitive and I do get sores in my mouth and I do get unexplained fevers and I have a positive ANA with a really high titer.[ No Anti Dna and No Anti Sm.] So I have Lupus, SD,Sjogrens Polymyosits and RA and Osteoporis. Golly what a mess!!! Good thing everything is sleeping right now.:) I feel pretty good. Take care…..Love, Gigi
