hi, my gran has just been diagnosed as having Lupus and as a famioly we are wondering what benefits she is now entitled to….any help much appreciated …thanks

None solely because she has been diagnosed with lupus. However a formal medical diagnosis may qualify her for disability benefits etc. There is (or was) a page on http://www.uklupus.co.uk which went into this in some detail.
